Ashley Tisdale out grabbing up a coffee drink (November 5).
Enjoying an afternoon away from the many projects tying up her schedule, Ashley Tisdale was spotted out and about Los Angeles on Wednesday (November 5).
The “High School Musical” hottie first stopped off to get an iced
coffee and a pastry at a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf store before
visiting a friend’s house for a little gal pal time.
As previously reported by Gossip Girls, in a recent interview with FOX Pop Tarts, Ashley was asked how much she loves her HSM pals Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens’ relationship.
“I’m a total romantic, I loved watching romantic comedies growing up
like ‘My Best Friends’ Wedding’ and so obviously, like, I just love
watching Zac and Vanessa because it is such a sweet and romantic
relationship so of course you’re like, ‘aww’ whenever they kiss and
everything. But just watching them on set is really awesome, it’s
beautiful.”
Attention, Kids: Corbin Bleu And Ashley Tisdale On Fame
Have you ever wondered how it would feel to be famous around the world?
We decided that the best folks to answer this question would be young
people who are about as famous as it gets right now.
So we found two who are starring in the country's hottest movie, "High School Musical 3: Senior Year."
Corbin
Bleu, 19, who plays Chad, and Ashley Tisdale, 23, who plays Sharpay
Evans, were happy to tell us about the moment they realized they were
famous and how it affected them
For starters, Bleu and Tisdale said that it is easy for them to be well
known because the kids who approach them in public for autographs are
nice and respectful. They both started in show business when they were
2 years old -- as models at the same modeling agency. But it was their
parts in the original "High School Musical," which aired on the Disney
Channel in 2006, that changed their lives.
Tisdale said she
remembers realizing how famous she was when she went to a Cheetah Girls
concert at a big theater in Los Angeles. At the concert, she ran into
Zac Efron, who plays Troy in "HSM," and they talked. Kids recognized
them. There was so much screaming that both had to be taken backstage.
"They were chanting, `Ashley, Ashley.' I thought Ashlee Simpson was in the audience," Tisdale said.
Now,
she said, she is recognized wherever she goes, but she doesn't mind
when kids ask her for autographs. And she doesn't try to hide who she
is. What she likes, she said, is getting to do the kind of work she
always wanted to do.
"It has given us a lot of opportunities to work and travel," she said. "The fans are so amazing."
Bleu
said his newfound fame has changed the pace of his life; he is always
very, very busy. But he said it has not changed who he is. Bleu says he
realized he was famous right after the first "HSM" movie came out. He
was in Hawaii filming a television show and took a break to go to a
carnival. He said he got "mobbed."
"It was very weird but very fun," he said.
When
he wants to go out and not be recognized, he ties his hair back and
pulls a hood over his head. But, like Tisdale, he doesn't mind being
approached by kids.
"I've always kept a pretty sane head about it," Bleu said. "I am all about the work I do. Not about being famous."
Ashley Tisdale got her first taste of showbiz when she took part in a school play of Annie.
But
the High School Musical star believes she got the drive to be a
successful actress after teachers did not cast her in the lead role.
She
says, "The first play I was in was Annie. And I was not even an orphan
that was really in the movie - I was just added - some random orphan
that didn't even say anything in the play.
"I just ran around
and I was there with my sister who was one of the orphans. I just
thought it was the coolest thing in the entire world. I had nothing to
say and really did want to be Annie. But it was so much fun."

Debuting at No. 2 is the soundtrack to Disney's "High School Musical 3: Senior Year"

soundtrack since November 2005, when "Get Rich or Die Tryin'" started
at No. 2 with 317,000. "HSM3" is the first in the series of the "High School Musical" films to debut in movie theaters as opposed to on the Disney Channel.

Heading out for a day of work, Ashley paid a visit to the post-production company Margarita Mix Studios in Universal City today (October 29). Now that she's finished up with "High School Musical," Tizzie is reportedly turning her attention almost solely on finishing up her upcoming album.
According to Miss Tisdale, her latest work will be "more rock and
edgier," as she adds that eighty percent of her album is done with the
disc hopefully to be released in February 2009
Ashley was feeling sick yesterday when she taped her appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show which aired today. She even skipped out on hugging Ellen when she came out for the interview! The 23-year-old actress just returned from the High School Musical
Press Tour in Rome last night and had a funny story to tell about her
trip to the City of Love: “Actually, it was really funny. I was sitting
at a restaurant and I was sitting outside. This humongous tour bus with
the High School Musical painted on it came over. Kids were
singing and dancing on top of it and handing out flyers for the
screening. And they gave me one. I was like ‘thanks’. I think [they
didn't recognize me because of] hair color.”Credit: ashley-t.com
